Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for using the OneOrange website and related services.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Using our website

By using oneorangedigital.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. If you act on behalf of a business, you must have authority to do so.

2. Marketing services and enquiries

OneOrange provides marketing services. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Service scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables and cancellation arrangements are agreed separately in writing. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement governs the relevant engagement.

Examples, testimonials and past performance on this website do not guarantee future results. Outcomes depend on factors including your product, market, budget and platform conditions.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and only submit information or materials you are authorized to share.
  • Use the website and services lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, send spam or disrupt our services.

4. Connected platforms

If you authorize a connection to Meta or another platform, you must have permission to connect the relevant account or business assets. Those platforms have their own terms and may change or restrict access. You can revoke access in the platform's settings; doing so may stop connected features from working.

5. Website content

The OneOrange name, branding and website content belong to OneOrange or their respective owners. You may view this website for information and to evaluate our services. Reusing protected content for other purposes requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. To request deletion of information associated with you or a connected account, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep website information accurate and services available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Third-party websites and platforms are operated by their respective providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as our website and services change, with the latest revision date shown above. For questions about these terms or an engagement, contact nitin@oneorangedigital.com.
