You can request deletion of your personal information held by OneOrange, including information received through a connected Facebook, Instagram or other Meta service.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. Send a deletion request
- Email nitin@oneorangedigital.com with the subject OneOrange Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name and the email address or phone number you used when contacting OneOrange.
- For a connected Meta service, include the app or service name and, if known, the relevant account, Page or business ID so we can locate the records.
- Tell us whether you want all personal information associated with you deleted or only information from a specific service.
Do not send passwords, access tokens or other account secrets. You do not need to sign in to this website to send a request.
Email a deletion requestThis button opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request. You can also write directly to the address above.
2. Disconnect a Meta integration
You can also remove the connected application through your Facebook settings. Look for Apps and websites or Business integrations, select the relevant application and choose Remove. The available settings depend on the connection type and your account.
Removing an integration revokes its access. To request deletion of information OneOrange has already received, also send the email described above. This request concerns information held by OneOrange; it does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account.
3. What happens after you contact us
We review your request and may ask for the minimum additional information needed to verify your identity or authority over a business account. Once verified, we will handle deletion of the relevant information from systems we control and coordinate with service providers where applicable.
We will respond by email with the outcome or any further steps needed. Timing depends on the request and applicable legal requirements. You can ask for a status update by replying to the same email thread.
4. Information that may need to be retained
Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect against fraud. If an exception affects your request, we will explain it in our response. Deletion can prevent us from continuing services that depend on that information.
For more about how we handle information, read our Privacy Policy.
