  • Information you submit: your name, work email, phone number, brand website, advertising spend range, business challenges and messages sent through our forms or chat.
  • Technical and usage information: browser and device details, IP address and interactions with the website that may be processed by our hosting, analytics and chat providers.
  • If you connect a Meta service, information made available by the permissions you authorize. Depending on the connected feature, this may include your account identifier, profile information, business or Page identifiers, advertising information and content or messages needed to provide that feature.

The information available through a Meta connection depends on the permissions requested and granted. You should review those permissions before connecting an account.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver requested marketing services, communicate with you, operate and improve the website, troubleshoot problems and protect our services. Information from a connected Meta service is used to provide the features you authorize and support the related service.

Our enquiry form sends submitted information to a Google Apps Script service for handling enquiries. Our website also loads Google Tag Manager and the EasyFunnel chat widget. These providers may process information needed to operate their services. Tags configured through Google Tag Manager may process usage information or use browser storage.

Information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, communications, analytics and service delivery, where needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect rights and security. Connected platforms process information under their own privacy policies.

For website information and connected Meta service data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. You can also revoke an application's access through the connected platform's settings. Revoking access does not by itself request deletion of information already held by OneOrange.
